Richard S. Feldman is a Partner in Rivkin Radler, LLPs, Insurance &
Coverage Litigation and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups. He
represents, on a national basis, many of America's largest
insurance companies and has litigated hundreds of environmental
and other coverage and extra-contractual disputes throughout
the United States, including employment practices, asbestos, cell
phone, toxic tort, construction defect, products, fraud and
reinsurance.
Mr. Feldman has also represented major insurance carriers and
corporations in the defense of complex asbestos claims, products
liability matters, toxic tort lawsuits and mass tort cases
throughout the United States and internationally.
Presently, a member of the firm's Executive Committee, Mr.
Feldman has also served on the firm's Compensation Committee.
Mr. Feldman is a member of several boards of directors including
ASCENT, A School for Children with Autism (Executive Vice
President), the Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA) and Long
Island Insurance Community (LIIC).
